1. How long does shipping take?Shipping takes around 5-10 business days from the date of your order (3-5 business days after product is received) for non-customized orders not including wigs. Please note that holidays may offset shipping times. Once shipping company receives package, it is out of our hands. Please contact the shipping company for related questions.
2. Do I have to pay shipping if I am local?
No, we can arrange a Meet Up (10 mile radius) for a discounted price or you can Pick Up at a specified location for free. Please specify at checkout.
Please note that the Pick Up location is set (Little Rock, AR) and will not change. You will receive a "Shipped" email notification because we have to mark it as shipped to clear out orders, but Pick Up instructions will be in that email.

We DO NOT keep hair on hand. If any hair is on hand, it will be advertised on our Facebook page. All extensions will have to be ordered and any extras that are ordered are usually sold before the shipment arrives. Please follow us on social media for those updates.

4. How long will my extensions last?
With proper care, your hair extensions can last anywhere from 2-4+ years.

5. What is the timeframe for wigs?
Since all wigs are handmade, please allow 5-20 business days for wigs. Wigs usually ship before this time frame is up. During high-volume seasons, please allow the full 5-20 business days. This does not include shipping.

6. Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
There will be no returns or exchanges. A refund minus the refund fee (charged by Stripe) may be given, at the company discretion, IF order has not been placed with vendor. All other sales are final.

Yes, we Paypal pay in 4, Klarna, and Afterpay. The total of your purchase will be split into 4 payments with each payment due every two weeks.

At this time, we do not offer coloring services. If purchasing a wig, please be sure to purchase a wig that has already been customized with color, otherwise you will have to do a consultation for a custom wig.
9. My wig doesn't fit. It is too big or too little.
All sales are final and there are no exchanges. Please ensure that you have measured your head correctly. Do not assume. You can search Youtube if you do not know how to measure your head. Londyn's Hair Closet may offer a revision at their discretion. Please contact us via email.
